Important license information

  • Is it a one-time fee or a subscription?

It is a one-time license fee, not a subscription.

  • What does the license unlock?

Everything: searches of any number of videos and hours, export of the results to CSV and copying them, the HTML report, with no time limit. The trial version searches with the same quality but at most 10 videos or 5 hours at a time, for 30 days, and does not export.

  • How soon will I get my activation code?

Instant activation code delivery by e-mail — usually within a few minutes after payment.

  • Will I receive free updates to the software?

You will receive all minor updates for free: a key for version 1.0 works with every 1.x version. An update to the next major release is available for a reduced price.

  • Are payments secure?

Yes. Payments are processed securely by PayPro — our payment processing partner.
